CCTV with AI alerts on WhatsApp and email, with a snapshot
A dashboard only helps if someone is looking at it. Eye AI alerts are being built to push important events to the places your team already looks: WhatsApp or email. Each alert carries the event line and a snapshot, and can go to different people for different zones. It adds delivery to the analytics running on your existing cameras.

How it works
- Choose what matters.Together we pick which events deserve a message, for example a restricted-area entry.
- Choose who gets it.You name the WhatsApp numbers or email addresses for each zone.
- We set up delivery at your site.The connection to WhatsApp or email is set up per site. Video is still analysed on a computer at your site.
- The message arrives.When a chosen event happens, your team receives a message with a snapshot and a line saying what, where and when.

Honest limits
- Alerts to WhatsApp and email are launching with pilot partners. They are in development and not yet generally available.
- Delivery depends on integration setup per site, including your WhatsApp or email arrangements WhatsApp alerts are possible and we set up what is needed with you. Delivery times can be affected by your internet connection and by the messaging services themselves.
- Time-of-day schedules, for example "alert only after hours", are not available yet.
- Automatic short video clips per event are not available. Alerts carry a snapshot.
- An alert is only as accurate as the analytic behind it. Beta and launching analytics carry their own limits, described on their pages.
- We publish no delivery-speed figures now. Figures will be published after on-site validation.
- Pilots are scoped to your requirements first: we agree the duration, the number of cameras and how success is checked on your own footage before anything starts.

Is it available today?
No. It is launching with pilot partners. Ask about the pilot if you want to take part.
Does it include video?
No. Alerts carry a snapshot and an event line. Video clips per event are not available.
Can I send different alerts to different people?
Yes, recipients are set per zone.
Can I silence alerts at night?
Not yet. Time-of-day schedules are not available.
Do I still need the dashboard?
Yes. Every event is kept there, with its history and search.
