Who we are
Eye AI is a product of Israintech (Isra Innovative Technologies), Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at hello@eyeaibyisraintech.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the "Request a solution" form we receive your name, work email, optional phone number, company, industry, number of cameras and your description of what you want to solve. If you attach camera screenshots for a free check, we receive those pictures.
- Technical details. When you submit the form we also record the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you used, and your network address and browser type, to prevent spam and to understand which pages help.
- Your theme choice. The site remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, in your own browser. This is not shared with us.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, to scope and quote a solution, to run a free camera check, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Our sales and technical team at Israintech, and the email service that delivers your request to us. Camera screenshots are used only to assess your cameras.
Where Eye AI processes video
Eye AI analyses video on a computer at your site. This website does not receive your camera video.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to reply and discuss your requirements. Screenshots or video you share with us are used only for that discussion and are discarded as soon as they are no longer useful to us. If you need it, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share anything.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@eyeaibyisraintech.com.
